Yes. You need to download the HiBoy app. The app logo looks like a Target logo but with two fins on the right side. Once you register for a new account. Turn on your scooter and be near it and turn on your bluetooth on your cellphone. Then select your scooter and then you can change the cruise control to max speed or less.

Yes. The charger came with it. The scooter will be fully charged when the LED light on the charger changes from red to green. After a period of full charge, the charging will automatically cut off.

D is drive mode 13mph is default max and S is sport mode 19mph max, in Sport mode it accelerates faster and max speed is faster, i think it also drains the battery faster.
