Question: Is this a good scooter to purchase for someone that is 6'4?
Answer: Yes, if you're 6'4 and under 220lbs we recommend you to go for it.

Question: What is the warranty?
Answer: For most of the parts, it is 12-month warranty. For some components like the motor and battery, it is 6-month warranty.

Question: What is the warranty with this product?
Answer: We offer a one-year warranty.

Question: I weight 230 pounds, would i be able to hit 15.5mph?
Answer: Yes, regularly you can reach 15.5 mph.

Question: Would this work to help climb those hilly roads/side walks in San Francisco?
Answer: It can go up a pretty decent incline but the speed drops dramatically and the battery is used up much quicker.
A small hill would be fine, but some of the hills in SF are too much for a scooter. Those hills make it difficult for some cars.

Question: Can you turn off the sidelights? Can you turn them off permanently? Can you use the head and tail lights without the sidelights?
Answer: No, they can’t be turned off if you want the headlight and rear light on as well.

Question: What's the carrying capacity? I need 500lbs.
Answer: The max capacity is 260 lbs. 500 lbs is likely to cause the rear suspension to snap and the front end weld points to fail.

Question: Would this be ridable in winter if there are patches of snow or ice?
Answer: We do not recommend to ride it in rain. Riding on ice wouldn’t be safe. Snow could possibly cause damage.

Question: Can I put a seat on it like the S2?
Answer: Yes, the Hiboy S2 seat works both for Hiboy S2 and S2 pro scooters.

Question: Why does the brand on the battery show the Power is '417.6Wh'?
Answer: The 'Power' on the brand is actually the 'Battery Capacity'. 36V×11.6AH=417.6Wh.
