Hello, my name is Gladys Acanda, I bought a battery with your company and it is bigger, I just want to return this one and have them send me the correct one, it was my mistake but I have sent you an email and I have no response, I call on the phone and they do not answer nor do they return your call. The truth is that I am disappointed that they treat their customers poorly. This is my order number and my telephone number [****]. I just want an email to see what I can do. I don't want the money. I just want to return this battery and give me the correct one. Please, thank you.
It wasn't an exact fit MAX M5 scooter. But I made it work and the scooter is running fine.
Tough to assemble but was a perfect fit.

After repeated attempts to reach someone about my scooter issue. I ordered a battery charger and still no charge. I ordered a battery to see if that was the issue. It took around 2 weeks to get the battery just to find out that it came to me partially charged and it did not resolve the problem. Now I’m receiving an Error code E7 and the battery still will not charge. I don’t like paying over $700.00 for something I can’t use anymore. Road it off and on for just over a year. Going to post a hugely bad review on my YouTube channel unless I get some help with the issue.
