Question: How many hoverboard models does it fit?
Answer: It fits all hoverboard models except: Swagtron T6, Mega wheel TW01S-1 and Hover-1 Beast 10inch wheel. Since there is a handle on the middle of those hoverboards, it can not fit untill the handle removed.

Question: How strong is the seat, will it crack?
Answer: It's rather sturdy and you won't see it cracking. 

Question: The Velcro straps keep breaking at the point they thread through. Why is this happening?
Answer: Please adjust the angle and use a stapler for breaking point to try again. You may take a photo and send it to Hiboy Support Team. We will reply within 24 hours.

Question: How does it stop?
Answer: While the child is sitting on it they will push down to go and up to stop. The effort to push down will determine how fast it goes.

Question: Will this fit a Razor hoverboard?
Answer: Yes. As long as the there is no handle on the centre of the hoverboard, it will fit.

Question: Is this compatible with Swagtron T882?
Answer: Yes, it is.

Question: The assembly diagrams don't sufficiently demonstrate exactly where and how to put the gaskets on. And I can't find an assembly video online. Pls help?
Answer: The gaskets are applied on the underside of the metal which contacts the hover board. The purpose of it is to prevent slipping and to allow the HC-01 to be attached tightly.

Question: How Fast does it go? I doesn’t say.
Answer: You need to attach it to a hover board. The hover board is not included with the seat. The seat itself does not move.
