Hi, it was a faulty connection to the dashboard cause E10, please uninstall the Hiboy App, and download and re-install the newest version Hiboy App from Google Play or IOS app store. I've attached the tutorial. Then please try to reboot the scooter and reinstall and check the handlebar/connected pins.
