S2/S2R/S2PRO/S2MAX/KS4/KS4Pro

E1 means the electronic brake error, pls replace the electronic brake.

E2 means the throttle error, pls replace the throttle.

E3 means the communication problem between the display and the controller, pls replace the display-controller cable (connection cable between display and controller) + display PCB + controller.

E4 means over-current protection, when E4 shows up, both the electronic brake and throttle will stop working, pls leave the scooter alone and cool it down for a while, then the E4 will disappear automatically, if the E4 continues to show up frequently, pls replace the controller.

E5 means low-voltage protection, when E5 shows up, pls charge the scooter for a while, then the E5 will disappear automatically, if the E5 still exists after charging, pls replace the battery.

E6 means over voltage protection, pls avoid sudden brake and upslope movement at this time, if the E6 still exists, pls replace the battery.

E7 means motor hall error, please kindly open the bottom plastic cover to check if the below plug is connected well? And please check if the cable is broken? If the plug is loose or the cables are broken, then pls fix these two parts, otherwise pls replace the whole motor.

E8 means phase loss error, pls check if the motor hall connector is loosen and fix it tightly. If the E8 still exists, then pls replace the motor.

E9 means controller failure, Pls replace the controller.

Crossbar means the throttle or electronic brake failure, pls replace the throttle and e-brake.

S2 Lite Electric scooter

E1 means the communication problem between the display and the controller. Please check if the direct connection between the display and the controller is loose, if it is, please get the connection fixed. If still show E1, pls replace the display-controller cable (connection cable between display and controller) + display PCB + controller.

E2 means hall sensor error, please kindly open the bottom plastic cover to check if the motor hall connector is loose? If the hall connector is loosen, please fix it tightly. If the problem is still not solved after fixing the connector, pls replace the whole motor.

E3 means the electronic brake error, pls replace the electronic brake.

E4 means controller error, pls replace controller.

E5 means low-voltage protection, when E5 shows up, pls charge the scooter for a while, then the E5 will disappear automatically, if the E5 still exists after charging, then pls replace the battery.

E6 means the motor phase error, pls replace the controller.

E7 means the throttle error, pls replace the throttle.

VE1 Pro Electric Scooter

Please check if the motor plug and hall wire plug are loose.

To ensure security, the P Settings screen has turned off many functions, with the only remaining functions being to switch on and off cruise control and switch speed units.

Pls press the upshift and downshift key to switch to the setting interface at same time.

1. switch on and off cruise control(The factory Settings function is disabled by default) (See page 10 on USER MANUAL)

1). Press the middle button(power button) to add the number up to 17

2). 0000 shows the Cruise Control is off; 0001 shows the Cruise Control is on. (Press the up or down key to switch 0000/0001)

2. switch speed units

1) Press the middle button(power button) to add the number up to 02

2) press the up or down key to switch the MPH/KMH

please adjust the the disc pad and brake device.

1. Long press the up and down key to enter the setting screen.

2. Press the power button to change it to 02.

3. Press up or down key to switch the units. (MPH // KMH)

1. turn on the scooter. Turn the headlight on to observe if the taillight is on. (See user manual for operations)

2. turn on the scooter. Press the brake handle to see if the taillight is flashing.

3.turn off the scooter. Then press the both brake handle to check if both brake handles be pressed easily.

M means that the motor is not detected, pls check that the motor cable is connected to the controller and that it is not loose.

Titan Electric Scooter

E04 means electricity leakage, Pls replace the charging port.

E05 means there is a problem with the brake lever, pls replace the brake lever.

E06 means controller failure, pls replace the controller.

E07 means the throttle error, pls replace the throttle.

E08 means controller failure, pls replace the controller.

Please adjust the P05 parameter on the display to “0”, “0” means the scooter can accelerate at 0 speed, “1” means the scooter can only be started at a certain speed.

About the noise from the front wheel, please adjust the brake manually.

If the scooter can be turned on normally, it means the motor needs to be replaced. If not, then the controller needs to be replaced.

Please adjust the related parameters to the appropriate values:

1. Pls adjust the P01 to “10” (means 10 inch)

2. Pls adjust the P03 to “00” (means no speed limitation)

3. Pls adjust the P06 to “00” (means no speed limitation)

This means that the throttle is error, Pls replace the throttle.

Please set parameter P07 to “0” or "1", “0” means turn off cruise control, “1” means turn on cruise control.

E02/E06 means display failure, the display needs to be replaced.

E03/E07 means controller failure, pls replace the controller.

E05 means low voltage, pls replace the charging port first, if E05 still exists, then replace the controller.

Please adjust the P09 parameter on the display to “0”, “0” means the scooter can accelerate at 0 speed, “1” means the scooter can only be started at a certain speed.

Please turn on the scooter, press and hold "downshift" button for 3 seconds to turn on/off the cruise control function:

If there is “CRUISE” flashing on the display, then it means the cruise control function is turned on.

If there the “CRUISE” disappeared, then it means the cruise control function is turned off.

Electric Bike

Pls adjust the disc brake to solve the noise problem

This means controller failure, pls replace the controller.

Error code 08 means handle failure, Pls replace the handle.

Error code 07 means motor failure, Pls replace the motor.

This means brake lever failure, pls check if the brake lever can be back to the original position, if it still can’t solve the issue, then it means need to replace the brake lever.

Please press and hold the switch button on the battery and check if the battery status LED is lighted, if yes, then it means the battery is good, pls replace the display, otherwise it means the battery is defective.

If the electric bike can be turned on, then it means the charger needs to be replaced. If the electric bike can't be turned on, then the battery need to be replaced.

Pls replace electric bike gear tail hook/derailleur hanger.

The max speed of P6/P7 is 28 mph with pedal assistance, 21 mph by pure throttle acceleration.

The serial number of the bike is on the center axle of the pedal / the bottom of the seat pole

P6’s tire size is 20 * 4.0 inches, P7’s tire size is 27.5 * 2.2 inches.

Yes, Hiboy ebike can be fitted with rear fender. Pls choose the rear fender according to the size of the tire:

J5 Hoverboard

Adjust the value of J5 scooter via APP to make your riding smooth.

1. Please inflate the tire to 30psi before your first riding. Inflate both tires equally.

2. J5 can't start normally when it's plugged in. Pls turn it on after plugging it out.

3. There is speed limit. Pls connect the APP to check and choose speed mode.

4. It's normal to beep when J5 is speeding or hitting some obstacle or rough roads. Please don't worry. It's safety feature.
