Please be advised that this is not a practice endorsed or conducted by Hiboy. We are committed to maintaining the integrity of our brand and the authenticity of our customer reviews. We believe in earning positive reviews through the quality of our products and our customer service, not through manipulation or deceit.
If you receive or come across any such claims, we urge you to report them immediately to us at us.support@hiboy.com. HIBOY products are sold throughout the world through a network of authorized dealers selected by HIBOY. Some of these dealers may have Internet sites on which they are authorized by HIBOY to sell a select mix of our products. HIBOY dealers have been chosen for their ability to properly represent and sell. HIBOY provides a warranty on products sold only by our authorized dealers.
Unfortunately, HIBOY products are sometimes sold by companies that are not authorized to do so. Goods sold by these unauthorized companies are not purchased from HIBOY;
Some scam websites even use our Hiboy name and brand but have not hiboy products. They just take money and have nothing to deliver.
HIBOY products sold by unauthorized dealers sometimes are purchased on a secondary "gray" market and can be damaged, defective, refurbished, stolen or even counterfeit. It's not uncommon for such dealers to deny responsibility for product/support issues. Due to the nature of the goods sold by unauthorized dealers and their business practices, products sold by unauthorized dealers are not entitled to HIBOY warranty coverage.
We are using our best efforts (including this warning) to prohibit these companies from selling HIBOY products, but these practices may still exist. We urge you to use diligence when selecting a dealer to make your purchase. HIBOY has filed a complaint through the relevant channels and the lawyer has tried to sue those website or unauthorized reseller. Those websites and unauthorized reselles are scams. Hiboy is not affiliated with these sites in any way.
