Would this be ridable in winter if there are patches of snow or ice?
We do not recommend to ride it in rain. Riding on ice wouldn’t be safe. Snow could possibly cause damage.

Is there any way to turn on/off cruise control?
Yes. You need to download the HiBoy app. The app logo looks like a Target logo but with two fins on the right side. Once you register for a new account. Turn on your scooter and be near it and turn on your bluetooth on your cellphone. Then select your scooter and then you can change the cruise control to max speed or less.
Does a battery charger come with it?
Yes. The charger came with it. The scooter will be fully charged when the LED light on the charger changes from red to green. After a period of full charge, the charging will automatically cut off.
What means D, and S?
D is drive mode 13mph is default max and S is sport mode 19mph max, in Sport mode it accelerates faster and max speed is faster.
