I previously wrote a review on an issue I had with the scooter. The next day, I was sent an email to help me return the scooter and get a new one to replace it. The assistance was very helpful throughout the process and was emphatic with the problems.
I bought my Hiboy S2 scooter to commute to and from work in DTLA. The device was working great, until the bell piece fell apart with loose screws. Needless to say, the Customer Service folks at Hiboy took great care of me and sent a replacement piece. Couldn't be more appreciative of their care and help, thanks so much!
It’s amazing how many roads are scooter friendly in Boston! The city has been taking out street parking for years now. It’s great to drive into the city and not have to pay for a garage or loop around looking for a spot. Wish I got the Hiboy years ago….
