I've been using this in conjunction with public transport and it is the perfect missing piece to make commuting much easier. I used to drive EVERYWHERE, after moving to a more metropolitan area I decided to try going the no car route. A scooter like this is absolutely essential for getting around the city in a feasible manner. It goes up to 20 mph, plenty for most short trips. And it has a range of about 25 miles, though if you load up on the weight capacity you're looking at more like 15 or so miles with a max speed around 17 mph. Most train and bus stops can get you within 3-5 miles of your destination.

This is a sturdy and durable model. Easily stores in the garage. Holds a charge better than other scooters. Our son loves that he can choose the speed.
Absolutely amazing! It was so fun to ride and a very small learning curve. Even with no experience with scooters, i got it down in only 2 days. It definitely goes longer than 25 miles if you ride conservatively. In love with these scooters and will be buying more accessories and products from this company!
