We received the item just fine. What we didn’t realize is that we have to take the scooter apart to install it. And it came with no instructions what so ever.

Disappointing in every aspect.
Design flaws in handlebar stem, no extra parts, slow shipping, uncaring staff on business practices, just about everything wrong with a failing company. What I was told about Hiboy was nothing but praise so I purchased an S2 scooter. Will never speak on or buy another product again. Still no replacement parts, should tell customers you no longer support your products or at least give warning.
