Very quick to process replacement part. Appreciate it. Unfortunately a week after we fixed the tube, Dylan was riding and almost run over by a car. He had to drop the scooter and run. The scooter got pretty much destroyed. Filed a claim which was denied. Won’t be needing more parts, fun while it lasted.

Not sure why I’m being asked to review an item that never arrived. It’s been 10 days since I ordered and other than a shipping confirmation I’ve received no other communication other than a request to complete this survey :(
