Earn Points through Non-Purchase Activities:

Registering an account: 100 points

Subscribing to our newsletter: 50 points

Birthday bonus: 100 points

Leaving a review/comment: 100 points

Following us on Instagram: 50 points

Liking our Facebook page: 50 points

Following us on TikTok: 100 points

Joining our Facebook group: 100 points

Subscribing to our YouTube channel: 100 points

Following us on Pinterest: 100 points

How to Redeem Your Points

Redeeming Points:

• Exchange Rate: 1,000 points = $10 discount

• Maximum per Order: 5,000 points ($50 discount)

• Minimum Order Amount: $39 or more to use points

• Exclusions: S2 model excluded from points redemption due to special pricing

Points Expiration:

• Points valid for 2 calendar years from the date earned

• Expired points automatically reset and cannot be recovered

How to Redeem:

1. Log in to your account and click "Redeem points."
   
   
   

2. Enter the number of points to redeem (1,000-5,000 points)

3. Click "Redeem" to generate a unique discount code

4. Enter the discount code during checkout

5. Complete your payment as usual

Step-by-Step: How to Refer a Friend

1. Log in to your Hiboy account
2. Click the 🎁 Gift icon at the bottom-right corner of the screen
3. Navigate to the “Referral Program” tab under Loyalty Program
   
   
   
4. Click "Refer a Friend" → Copy and send unique referral link
   
   
   

• Referee:

  1. Click referral link → Complete registration
     
     

  2. Receive $50 coupon upon successful registration

Reward Conditions:

• Referrer receives reward after referee's first order is shipped

• Rewards available under "My Rewards" tab
  
  

Referral Rewards Details:

• Both referrer and referee receive a $50 coupon

• Coupon usable store-wide with minimum $100 purchase

Customer Support

• Contact customer service if referral reward isn't credited within 7 days of referee's order shipment

• For disputes, provide account ID, referee's registration email, and order number
