Pls use the throttle to make the bike go forward, when you press the throttle the motor generates power to drive it, when you don't press the throttle the motor doesn't work. If your bike is out of battery you can pedal to make the bike go forward.

Wish I had a chance

I was excited to receive my bike. Watched the video on assembly prior so was ready upon arrival. Ordered on a Wednesday and received the following Monday. Couldn’t be more impressed. Assembled the bike Monday night, charged the battery and was ready for a Tuesday late afternoon ride. Got 5 blocks from my house and was hit by a car running a stop sign. .3 miles on the odometer and the front end of bike is totaled. I sustained 5 fractured ribs, concussion brushed tail bone road rash all over. I’m very disappointed and not sure what I can do. Was so excited for this ride

Ater all the little deficiencies fixed the ride is great but I don't trust the bolt in the front with 1 nut bare enough screwed into it. Especially riding on the dort road or rough terrain
