Hiboy S2R/S2R Plus Front Fender

Pulled the okie doke on me. The fender showed up with $5.25 postage due via USPS despite the order saying UPS free shipping. Not sure what's going on with HiBoy, but Boy have they been slippin lately. They have officially lost my business after this and a dead skateboard with known defects.
