Love it

Due to medical reasons, I can no longer walk distances. I use my Hiboy to get to our ganged mail box, ride to my doctors office(about a mile away) and accompany my wife on her exercise walks. Truly is a great help.

On receipt had an issue with the motor, emailed Hiboy, they responded timely, shipped me a replacment. I installed this weekend, tested, issue resolved. Happy with the scooter and the response from this vendor.

the HiBoy 14 would be the perfect all around scooter if it was less than 50 lbs.

all the components are soid, rigid, and feel nice to ride, handle and steer.
the speed, pickup and climbing inclines is very impressive.
easy to ride and switch sitting with standing. i like that i can use my feet on the ground when necessary.
the battery seems to last with little drain.
the only problem i had was - this weight at the bottom makes it too dangerous to go up an escalator, or climb up stairs, so always requires an elevator.
needs a way to install an alarm.
i'm going to investigate taking this on a railroad train, if it exceeds a weight limit.

Everything is great so far with this electric scooter. Only negative is the headlight is slightly off, doesn't shine directly forward and I'm afraid to try to adjust it since it's welded on
