We lost the charger to our son’s electric balance bike when we moved and looked on Amazon where we originally purchased the bike for a replacement but they didn’t sell it. Didn’t realize they had a website so we were thrilled to be able to get a new charger so he can keep enjoying his bike! Very happy and worked perfectly and shipping was decently fast as well!

I have sent two messages asking about the charger that I still have not received the first time I messaged I was told that they're tracking was different from what was listed and they gave me a new tracking number I looked up that tracking number and it said that it had been returned to the sender a message back again and have not heard back
