My batteries never fail me and give consistent power every day! 7 days a week! I've been caught in some rain here and there and it hasn't ruined the S2R at all! I use WD40 to help push out any water and debris from the bearings and it rides sooooo smooth. This model doesn't have shocks so I have a slight bent knee riding position and switch feet to stand mostly on one for long commutes most of my daily driving is between 2-4 hours. I work 20 miles away from home. I charge bothe batteries on an 8 hour shift and head home. I walk it up steep hills to save battery and the weight is completely manageable!

I am committed to Hiboy Scooter

Over 6,000 miles in mine as a daily commuter in a large city. It has a durable frame, solid tires are a must with nasty road debris, and the batteries never fail me or loose charge power. Very consistent and reliable. Only issue was when the weather was below 0 degrees January 2024, and my open to the element power cords cracked. The website has no replacement parts available so I patched them myself with copper clamp and water proof insulated electricians tubes and it continues to work every day for me! I want to pass this down to my teen brother, and upgrade to one with farther milage. I bought Two batteries and love that I could remove the battery for transportation in greyhound and such and additional milage. I'll have to settle with the next model not having that luxury but I have built a trust with this company and want to stay with this brand because I know it withstands the rest of time and hard use.

It carries me (165lbs) and all my groceries and dog food , and I even decided to strap a Chiminea to me one day. I had been wanting for years from a local garden store. I use it to work music tours as well. Commuting in cities on travel is so much more financially freeing than uber

P.s. I do need solid tires though so hoping the model I upgrade to has that option.

Thanks Hiboy Scooter!! P.s. friends and family interested so if you could send me a personal promo code I believe many would commit finally! Not that your sales aren't awesome already, but it'd be nice to be able to track how many referrals I have

Excellent like new

Saw some other reviews saying their refurb unit was like new so I decided to try it. This is my first E-Scooter so I have nothing to compare, however I can agree it showed no signs of use. So either it was an imperfection model sold as refurb and I can’t find the imperfection, or the refurbishment was incredible like factory new. Either way, but with confidence and save yourself some serious coin.

As far as the scooter itself, I like it over all. It’s a little slow for my taste however I like speed and ride sport bikes and downhill mountain biking. I’m also 200lbs 6’1 and that’s close to the max weight. It averages 17-18mph on flat ground and does struggle on hills. Range is not an issue for me since all my use is only 1-2 miles at a time if that. Never more than 5miles a day.

The removable battery is a nice feature since I leave my scooter in my car during the day. It’s not good to leave batteries in a cold or hot car, so living in the northeast I take the battery in to work with me to keep it temperature regulated
