Charger stopped working after a month. Tried to get a replacement as I paid extra for warranty. Make you jump through 10000 loops and take videos and pictures just to get a new one.

Disappointing
I paid for the insurance and filed a claim because the charger stopped working and haven’t heard back from anyone. Had to pay for a new charger. I have tried contacting Hiboy customer service too and no response from them either. Very disappointed.
