Hiboy TITAN Battery

The battery you send me seems to be off better quality then the one that came with scooter. So we'll wait an see. I really like my scooter.

The Titan Escooter is definitely the best that I have so far. However the battery quality need to improve. But the services I have received so far was outstanding!!

I had an issue with my Titan pro scooter charging. I purchased a replacement battery. Unfortunately that battery was more dead than the original dead battery. Hiboy then replaced the replacement battery and it worked out great! I was disappointed that the replacement battery that I purchased was dead and it took several weeks and emails back and forth to determine the replacement battery was dead. I'm over all very satisfied with the customer service I received.
