I got a Max3 along with this lock and less than a month later, I was in a grocery store for a bit over 10 minutes and found mine was stolen along with the lock itself. A bit sad because I was enjoying the scooter, and my friends had their own (S2, S2 Plus, and KS4) and those are good products as well. I tried to contact support about the warranty but haven't received a response yet. Currently ordering a replacement scooter, but I might try and get a different lock and be a bit safer with mine from now on.
