Hiboy S2 Max- Overall your customer service is great! Although I suggest to anyone buying these parts should just buy the whole rear tire plus wheel hub assembly for 90$ as that is already put together. I paid 93$ once all said and done after buying the parts, taking the wheel hub off myself, then taking the tire and tubing with rear wheel hub to shop. Trying to take off the tire is a nightmare so I assume putting it back on is just as scary. Best of luck!

The inner tube is an off size making the only fit the one Hiboy offers. Called customer service multiple times to get a couple questions answered, never got a returned phone call even after requesting a call back. They claim to be in Arizona for parts, the email I sent asking questions with pictures, got answered very poorly and during the time that my China suppliers return emails. This entire operation is run from China, which isn’t a problem but keeps replacement parts expensive for an inner tube.

The inner tube has a short valve by 1/4” from using a regular air chuck to fill the tire once installed, if buying you’ll want to get a valve extender to fill once the tub is replaced.

The entire process took about an hour to replace the inner back tire, the replacement is extremely tight and hard to fit back together. The one review saying to buy the entire back wheel would be the way to go if you don’t have the knowledge on changing out tires and have the parts.
