⚖️ Hiboy 2025 Black Friday Terms & Conditions Last updated: November 1, 2025

1. General 1.1. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all promotional activities related to Hiboy’s Black Friday Campaign 2025, including but not limited to discounts, giveaways, and online challenges. 1.2. The campaign is organized and operated by Hiboy (“we,” “us,” “our”). 1.3. Participation in the campaign constitutes full acceptance of these Terms.

2. Campaign Period 2.1. The campaign runs from November 3, 2025 (PST) to December 1, 2025 (PST). 2.2. The campaign includes three main phases: • Phase 1 (Nov 3–6): Education and trust-building period. • Phase 2 (Nov 7–15): “Guess the Price” interactive challenge. • Phase 3 (Nov 17–Dec 1): Official Black Friday Sale.

3. Eligibility 3.1. Open only to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of participation. 3.2. Employees, affiliates, and partners of Hiboy, and their immediate family members, are not eligible to participate in prize-related promotions. 3.3. No purchase is necessary to participate in the “Guess the Price” challenge.

4. Guess-the-Price Challenge 4.1. The “Guess the Price” Challenge will take place from November 7–15, 2025, featuring 9 selected Hiboy products. 4.2. One product will be revealed each day on Hiboy’s official website and Instagram account (@Hiboy). 4.3. To participate: • Step 1: Subscribe via the popup form on hiboy.com. • Step 2: Comment your guessed price under the daily Instagram post. 4.4. The first participant to correctly guess, or be closest to, the final promotional price will be selected as the daily winner. 4.5. Each person may win only once throughout the campaign. Multiple entries by the same user will count as a single valid entry. 4.6. Winners will be announced via Instagram Direct Message within 24 hours after the campaign ends. 4.7. Winners must verify their subscription email to claim their prize.

5. Prizes & Coupons 5.1. Each daily winner of the “Guess the Price” Challenge will receive a 40% OFF single-use coupon valid only for the guessed product. 5.2. All subscribers who complete the signup form will automatically receive a 3% OFF early-bird coupon, valid during the main sale period (Nov 17–Dec 1). 5.3. Coupons are non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and cannot be combined with other discounts or promotions. 5.4. Each coupon is valid for one-time use only and must be redeemed within the specified campaign period. 5.5. Hiboy reserves the right to verify participant eligibility and revoke rewards for fraudulent entries or rule violations.

6. Discounts & Pricing Policy 6.1. All Black Friday discounts shown on hiboy.com are automatically applied at checkout. 6.2. “Up to 53% OFF” applies to select items only and may vary by model and availability. 6.3. Prices and stock availability are subject to change without prior notice. 6.4. 30-Day Lowest Price Guarantee: If a product purchased during the campaign is later listed at a lower price on hiboy.com within 30 days of purchase, customers may contact customer support to request a refund for the price difference.

7. Payment & Shop Pay Installments 7.1. Shop Pay installment options are provided by Affirm, Inc. or other licensed partners, subject to credit approval. 7.2. 0% APR installment offers may not be available in all states or for all products. 7.3. Eligibility and terms for installment plans are displayed during checkout.

8. Privacy & Data Use 8.1. By participating in this campaign, users agree to Hiboy’s Privacy Policy. 8.2. Collected data (e.g., email address, phone number, participation records) will be used solely for campaign communication and promotional purposes. 8.3. Participants can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time via the unsubscribe link provided in each email.

9. Limitation of Liability 9.1. Hiboy is not responsible for: • Technical issues, network delays, or submission errors; • Errors or delays in coupon code delivery; • Unauthorized access or data alteration. 9.2. In the event of force majeure, system interruptions, or unforeseen circumstances, Hiboy reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the campaign.

10. Governing Law 10.1. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. 10.2. All disputes shall be submitted exclusively to the courts of Los Angeles County, California.
