Happy with the bike but apparently only one person works on location and refuse to answer calls and when he does answer tells you he can’t help you with anything and to email their customer support which also takes forever to respond. Placed my order on a Friday morning then they showed it shipped on Sunday but they actually didn’t ship it until Tuesday after I called and complained and sent several emails.
Kids to much of a girl for it
She loves it only wish the options for speed were a little better. Good for the price.
