Can a person that weights 265 use it? Or which scooter do you recommend?
Yes. The MAX PRO's frame is very sturdy and durable, and riding on it is very smooth. It will be fine for 265 lbs.
Can l ride the scooter on rainy days?
Kindly note the scooter's waterproof level is IPX4, we don't suggest you ride it on rainy days
When I press on the throttle, why the scooter is not moving?
Please note our scooter is set with a kick-off start function considering safety factors, which means you need to stand on the scooter, kick it off to reach a certain minimum speed of 3.1mph, then when you press down the throttle, the scooter will accelerate further, you can check about this kick-off starts operation description in the user manual, too.
What can I do with the App?
Via the App, you can turn on/off the lights, set the max speed, turn on/off cruise control or Zero starts (Kick-off start) function, change the speed unit, modify the scooter name, checking the scooter status, for example, speed,riding distance, battery capacity etc.
Why the speed can't reach 22 mph?
Please make sure you have double-clicked the power button to set the speed mode to Sport mode.Sport mode (max speed 22 mph), and Dindicates Drive mode (max speed 16 mph), ECO for Energy saving mode (max speed 11 mph).After setting the speed mode to S mode and the speed still can't reach 22 mph, then please check if you have modified the max speed on the App by accident.ln addition, the battery status, rider weight, and road situation will also influence the max speed, with enough battery, within 265 lbs weight, and ride on a flat road can reach 22 mph speed easily.
Why the max distance is lower than the advertised max distance?
Please note the max distance is measured when it is no wind and at 77°F, the scooter's fully charged to ride at an even speed of 11.4 mph(18.4 km/h)on a surface with a load of 165 pounds〔75 kg). The real battery life varies with different factors of the load, humidity, wind speed, and operation habits…etc.
ls there any caution for storing the scooter if l need to go out for a long time vacation?
Please make sure the scooter is stored in a dry&cool place, do not put it outdoors for a long time, and if the scooter is expected to be left idle for more than 30 days, please fully charge the battery, keep in mind to recharge it every 60 days to protect the battery from potential damage which is beyond limited warranty.

Straight out of the box, this scooter is VERY impressive. It's an adult scooter, and it's built solid. It's also very heavy, or I'm just weak.
Assembly..quick. Just add screws and tighten. I didn't bother to check the battery, I just went right ahead and charged it.
The app..easy to navigate. It shows a map in the background. I'm wondering does it or can it track my travels.
First ride... Because I was working my way around the app, I toggled cruise control and let it in by accident. So seeing it on the scooters display...what is that? ...I went to the app and toggled it off.
All 3 speeds were tested. In my opinion... You don't need the first 2. Start and Sport level and then take it up 2 more notches. Starting in Sport Mode, just letting off the acceleration, it feels like I'm downshifting. I like that.
Inclines... This is where I'm disappointed. Nothing!! About your average car length..it just gives up. I read the manual from front to back...but it just gives up and comes to a complete stop. I know what the issue is though.
I stepped up my Scooter Game. I was riding a scooter who's company begins with the letter U. They have a Dual motor scooter. The Max Pro NEEDS Dual motors.
Overall, I still like it.
This scooter is fast, reliable and very safe. It feels strong and light at the same time. At night its lights make you feel that you are spectacular, very beautiful design of its lights.
I had cervical spine surgery and hip surgery and I'm finally back on the road. That is on of the most comfortable rides I've ever had on a scooter. The air 11 inch tire, front and back suspension, and the high quality 👌 seat provides an amazing experience. I'm so happy I chose the Hiboy Max Pro. It was worth every dollar. I love you all so much for making me feel special and supporting me through everything. Thank again Nancy.

We love the max pro scooter. We sold our bikes and bought two max pros and enjoy the ride! Much easier for us to take with us either in our travel trailer to explore where we stay or just load into our car to explore locally.
I tested this scooter up hill ,,down hill,, straight,,,it performs great,,,but these is one little thing u can upgrade on the app. A figure that keeps track on how many miles you have done since you got the scooter. Some what like a car,,,just an idea I'm throwing out there. Besides that,,it's great
