Great service — fast delivery. Replacement Battery flit well with the monor exception that I had to open the mounting holes slightly to allow the screws to all engage. Works well so far — charges as recommended and the charge lasts the time published in manual. Pretty expensive even with the courtesy discount.

Died

It died 3 weeks later and is expensive so I don't want to replace it. There is corrosion in the battery cord.

New battery has revived our scooter!!

Many thanks to the Highboy customer service team for helping us troubleshoot our non-functioning scooter.
We narrowed the problem down to the battery which we then replaced and it is now working again to our joy!!

I’ve had my Hiboy S2 for over three years before the battery finally died,ordered a replacement battery got here pretty fast and watched a video and replaced it in about thirty minutes,now as Wille Nelson would say Iam on the road again.

High boy took a long time sending me the traking number 2weeks
