Product shipped from china but arrived quickly. My throttle wore out after about 18 months of NYC commuting. It was fairly easy to replace my self, but it was difficult to find a video or instructions on how to do it. It would be great if the throttle product listing page had a link directly to it

Easy to install, works perfect.

The staff was somewhat accommodating. I watched the videos on the site to replace my faulty part and the video wasn’t helpful at all. The staff tried to move me towards buying a replacement handle bar but I can’t afford it right now so my scooter is broken. I did throw the scooter away as I have no way of fixing it and it was taking up space. I hope that more effort goes into making diy fix it at home videos. The current selection of videos are not helpful
