My battery died after not being used for a while. So keep in mind to use your scooter at least once a week. Bought a new battery and Hiboy gave me a discount because my warranty ran out , which is amazing. Love their scooter , company and customer service. Thxs a million 🙏
It worked perfect. Just didn’t like purchasing a battery after having it a little over 6 months.
Replacement battery for a bad original battery. Forced to pay for a replacement on a faulty design.
it arrived quickly and in new condition. works like a champ. the original battery that came with the scooter only lasted 3 rides and then stopped working so i was so happy to get the replacement.
