Bought Hiboy scooter on 9.26.22 for $1099.00 + 3yrs coverage for &139.00…expecting the best…was I wrong. By 9.22.23, battery which was doing 28miles per charge, now get maybe 8miles. Notified them about battery & they said it has a 1yr warranty…ok, beat that by 4 days & all I’ve gotten is the run around. It’s now 10.12.23 & after numerous emails to them( they won’t call you), I’m still waiting to get a new battery. After what I have been going thru….please do not order a scooter from this company…they are the worse to deal with any problem. I’ve given my Cell# numerous times so we can correct this situation that a battery last less than a year…ridiculous.
FIND ANOTHER COMPANY FOR A SCOOTER, This Canadian Company has no care for the customer, especially an American Customer!!!

Best customer service ever!

I purchased a Hiboy Light scooter and after a while it stopped working. I contacted customer service and they respond very quick. They guided me step by step to diagnose the problem and they found what was the issue. They sent me the part that was the issue and my scooter is now working properly. On top of that they were very friendly and willing to help. I will definetly buy there products with confidense in the future. Thank you Hiboy team!

My son's friend broke his throttle. I emailed customer service and they quickly responded and pointed me to a site to pay for a new one and then shipped it to me with instructions on how to return. I am impressed with the responsiveness and assistance to fix the unit. Thank you!
